Mission: Burns & Company Agent Advisory Team
Spring 2007

I. Promote Unity among Burns company offices, agents and staff through:

-

identifying all AAT members, including contact information on the Burns company website,

-

distributing bullet point notes from all AAT meetings to the entire staff, on the Daily Activity report,

-

identifying and communicating the Burns company, Mission, and Shared Values to all audiences and the Burns company common goals to all Burns team members,

-

touting accomplishments of the Agents and/or members on the Daily Activity report.

-

publishing names and photos of new agents on Daily
Activity report.

   

II. Insure that Topics of Concern to agents are brought forward to the AAT, discussed and resolved, by soliciting input from agents and by describing the process for topic review on the Daily Activity report.

   

The process, which is the responsibility of all AAT members on a continuing basis is as follows.
When any Burns and Company agent has an issue of concern which should be included on the agenda of the AAT:

-

contact any AAT member

-

submit the issue in writing to that AAT member and ask that the issue be forwarded to be included on the agenda for the upcoming AAT meeting.

   

III. Document then publicize the function of the AAT consistently in the training classroom, in casual conversation, in formal meetings, and in the Burns University documents.

   

IV. Be proactive in efforts to achieve our purpose by:

-

reviewing the AAT purpose at each AAT meeting and by

-

including at least one action item for AAT members as part of each month’s agenda.
Additionally, leaders will announce AAT purpose frequently at general sales meeting and any influence by AAT members upon other Burns team members must be inter-office.

   

V. Act as role models for other agents in the company by

-

providing information to management, staff and agents on issues or trends that affect company viability along with a plan for making improvements, and to

-

positively influence the goal of having only full time, professional agents representing the Burns Company.
