I have been a full-time, professional REALTORĀ® since 2003, specializing in East Baton Rouge and Ascension Parishes. I work with sellers to make sure their homes are positioned to sell by using my extensive market knowledge and research of their particular area to price and position the home to sell quickly with the least issues and surprises. This may include help with any updates, repairs, staging/decorating and marketing strategies to make sure they realize the best profit possible depending on their life situation. All listings are presented professionally with eye catching photography and promoted online with maximum exposure on the most relevant outlets. I also still believe in old fashioned networking and thinking out of the box for those unique and hard to sell properties.

My buyer clients receive the benefit of my expertise in market knowledge, industry contacts and relationships, familiarity with homes, schools, communities and neighborhoods, and my diligence in securing and negotiating the best deal possible. That sometimes includes making sure buyers get the benefit of my expertise in negotiating for their dream home in a multiple offer situation, or advising them honestly when a home is overpriced or not a good investment and they need to walk away.

I have extensive experience in marketing homes at all price points, working with Relocation sellers and buyers (experience with Shell, Exxon, Entergy, Honeywell, Blue Cross, Marathon Oil and more) and representing builders and developers in new construction.
